Quaint cottage with a lovely terrace. I had the privilege of sharing it with only my own party. The laundry facilities were a real treat, because who doesn't love doing laundry on vacation?
Such a shame that no pets or service animals are allowed. It's not like they're good company or anything.

The location was great and good, at a medium distance from The Lanes. Plus it was located by the cosmopolitan Lanes area of the town. Rooms were clean, had a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and an electric kettle as well as smoke detectors, provided for safety measures👍

We had a very pleasant stay in Brighton so close to the eclectic markets, bizarres, cafes and galleries, the centre of Brighton and the train station. We greatly enjoyed comfortable bed and pillows. The ambience was quiet. It was peaceful down the bushes. Visited the restaurant nearby, Beijing House.

The location of the cottage is ideal, with nearby attractions such as cafes and galleries in The Lanes. It is also close to a train station and has secure car parking available. The cottage itself is warm and cosy, with comfortable beds and clean bedding. Additionally, it offers amenities like a dishwasher and washing machine/dryer.
The lock box for the keys can be difficult to open and the apartment wasn't thoroughly cleaned, which may cause allergies to flare up.

This sweet cottage exceeded all our expectations! It was the perfect size for me and my two teenage kids, with a spacious living area and a well-equipped kitchen. The location was ideal, with quick access to shops and a short walk to the pier. Despite being close to a pub, it was surprisingly quiet. The cottage was clean, tidy, and filled with lovely natural light. We felt cozy and comfortable, with super comfy beds and all the household items we needed. The Getaways team was incredibly responsive, fixing any issues within hours and even surprising us with a box of chocolates. We loved exploring the eclectic markets and cafes of The Lanes, which were right on our doorstep. Although the terrace was a bit disappointing, we didn't miss it as we spent our evenings curled up in the cozy living room. The parking, while a few blocks away, was secure and worth the cost. we had a fantastic stay and can't wait to come back!

The location was ideal, as it was right in the heart of all the eclectic markets, bizarres, cafes, and galleries of The Lanes. Plus, there was even a family-friendly pub just two doors down. The maintenance team was quick to respond to any issues we had, and they even went above and beyond by replacing a faulty iron and apologizing with a box of chocolates. The cottage had a warm and cosy atmosphere, with plenty of room for a family of five. the beds were comfortable, and the bedding was clean and cosy. the location was ideal, with easy access to local markets, cafes, and galleries. It was also surprisingly quiet at night, ensuring a good night's sleep.
The parking situation was quite challenging, with a gated car park located a few blocks away from the property. Finding the car park and accessing it with the key fob proved difficult, and the key fob itself didn't work properly.
